What we collect
YieldBase collects contact and enquiry data that you submit on this website — for example a name, email, phone number, buying brief fields, and a property introduction message.
Why we use it
Purpose: to review whether we can help with a buying brief or a property introduction, and to contact you about that submission.
What a submission is not
We only store what you submit. A brief is not automatically a confirmed mandate. Every property introduction is reviewed before we decide whether it is suitable to progress.
Review status
Retention, lawful basis, rights wording, and controller details will be published only after a recorded legal review. Until then this page is a draft operating note, not an approved notice.
